Moodle + Prüfungsmoodle: Umstellung auf Single-Sign-On (SSO)

Liebe Moodle-Nutzende,

am Montag, den 17.08.2026, von 16:00 bis 18:00 Uhr wird die Login-Methode auf dem Lehrmoodle (Moodle) und dem Prüfungsmoodle für alle, die bisher den HU-Account benutzen, auf die Authentifizierungsmethode Shibboleth/Single Sign-On (SSO) umgestellt. Die SSO-Anmeldung kennen Sie bereits, wenn Sie beispielsweise Agnes, die Universitätsbibliothek oder die HU-Box benutzen.

Nach der Umstellung klicken Sie zum Anmelden in Moodle auf den Button „Anmeldung mit HU-Account (SSO)” und finden Ihr Moodle-Profil und alle Ihre Kurse wie gewohnt vor.

Dear Moodle users,

On Monday 17 August 2026, from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm, the login method on the Teaching Moodle (Moodle) and the Examination Moodle will be switched to the Shibboleth/Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication method for everyone who has previously been using their HU account. You will already be familiar with SSO login if, for example, you use Agnes, the University Library or HU-Box.

After the changeover, to log in to Moodle, click on the ‘Log in with HU account (SSO)’ button and you will find your Moodle profile and all your courses as usual.
